Bank of America foreclosed the home of a couple who in fact paid for their house in cash. Deputies forced them out of their home, and their property was seized. They sued, and the court required BofA to pay the couple’s attorneys fees. When the bank failed to do so, the couple’s attorney foreclosed on BofA, showing up at a local branch with movers and deputies to seize the bank’s assets. Wow.
